Les acides amin\u00e9s essentiels sont ceux que le corps ne fabriquent pas, nous devons les apporter \u00e0 celui-ci avec notre alimentation, tandis que les acides amin\u00e9s non-essentiels le corps s\u2019en charge tout seul. Les prot\u00e9ines animales et v\u00e9g\u00e9tales ont les m\u00eames acides amin\u00e9s, seules leurs proportions diff\u00e8rent.
