Eplucher l\u2019oignon, l\u2019\u00e9mincer. Chauffer l\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale, faire dorer l\u2019oignon avec les graines de tournesol, ajouter les blettes sauvages, saler, poivrer et m\u00e9langer. Couvrir et cuire 10mn \u00e0 feu moyen, laisser refroidir. Faire tremper 1 feuille de riz 1mn dans de l\u2019eau \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, la feuille doit \u00eatre souple sans se d\u00e9chirer. D\u00e9poser la sur une planche de bois, puis garnir d\u2019environ 2 c. \u00e0 s. de la pr\u00e9paration. Rouler un peu, fermer les c\u00f4t\u00e9s et rouler \u00e0 nouveau. Passer de l\u2019huile au pinceau sur le plat et le nem. Remettez 1 feuille \u00e0 tremper \u00e0 chaque fois pendant que vous garnissez la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.
