Quand l'oignon est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9, verser le cognac et laisser s'\u00e9vaporer en m\u00e9langeant bien quelques minutes. Faire le bouillon, mettre 200 ml d'eau bouillante et le cube de l\u00e9gumes, m\u00e9langer vivement, y ajouter les champignons, les marrons et le seitan.
