Passer au pinceau avec le lait de soja tout autour sur 1 cm, replier la 2\u00e8me moiti\u00e9 et coller le bord  d\u2019abord avec les doigts puis avec le bout d\u2019une fourchette (ce qui collera et d\u00e9corera). Sur le dessus du chausson, faites des traits dans un sens puis dans l\u2019autre pour former des losanges avec la pointe d\u2019un couteau.
